HYDRATING WATERMELON SALAD

Serves 2 

  • 1 pound watermelon flesh, cut into chunks 
  • 1 bunch mint leaves, larger leaves torn
  • 1 handful watercress
  • 1 handful pomegranate seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons flaxseeds 

Directions: Toss the watermelon, mint and watercress in a bowl. Serve drizzled with oil and sprinkled with flaxseeds and pomegranate seeds. 


Watermelons are made up of 93% water and contain vitamins A and C. They also contain collagen-boosting properties that give your skin a radiant and youthful-looking glow. 


Olive Oil is rich in vitamin E and healthy fats, which help hydrate the skin from the inside out.
